hello all,
i have sat for the GMAT and scored really bad at 430 and already posted my experince.
i'm now having the below study plan and targeting 550 because my case is different and i don't know if i wana go to top 10 schools or not.
in fact, i'm full time employee and my employer is sponsoring me to do my MBA and i don't intend to change job because it has job security and it is one of the best employer in my country.
my study plan:
I have the 8 strategy guides MGMAT
I have the OG 12
and Kaplan Premier 2011.
i'll officially start on August 6 with 10 hours studying per week and planning to take my exam after 10 weeks.
i'll have the first 4 weeks for math section
the second 4 weeks for verbal
and the last 2 weeks to do CAT exams for all MGMT and Kaplan.
is my timing realistic or am i rushing myself.
i have to start my MBA on Fall 2012 otherwise my sponsorship will be cancelled.
if i have my GMAT sorted by end of October, do i have enugh time to apply to schools?

If your target is 550 then I do not think that there should be a problem. The material you mentioned is more than sufficient to take you there. IMHO you might also get a 600 or 650.
Make sure you spend the most amount of time on your fundamentals and do use the GMATPrep Software. Also analyse your tests and work on your weaknesses.
