Hello,
as this is my first post in this excellent forum I want to say Hi and Thanks to basically everyone
Ive got my G-Day next week and am therefore preparing or rather reviewing what ive learned so far. My prep has been going for about 3 weeks full-time now, with not more than 5 hours each day and at least 1 day off per week.
These are my scores so far:
GMATPrep1 600 Q41 V31
MGMAT1 620 Q42 V33
MGMAT2 650 Q43 V36
MGMAT3 680 Q48 V35
GMATPrep2 680 Q48 V35
First test was without any practise. I basically just downloaded the software and started right away without expecting anything at all. After just finishing my Prep2 im kinda relieved, as my goal is to achieve around 650.
This score might be quite low, but ive got a conditional admission, so anything above 600 would get me in the school im targeting.
Lets get to the point: My Quant has slightly increased after reviewing some basic concepts. Still im making some stupid mistakes, but im quite satisfied with it. The Verbal is what makes me struggle. Ive read some debriefs talking about horrible low verbal scores compared to previous mocks.
What do you guys think? Should i just give it a shot or rather reschedule my appointment and strengthen my verbal skills. what ive noticed is that during mocks im not fully concentrated. Usually im a good test taker, so if it counts, i should reach 100% and therefore at least get my 6xx.
Some Pro's and Con's - what do you guys think?

Go for it! You are doing fine in the mocks, and if historical exam performance is anything to go by, you should be able to get to your target.
No sense in postponing this further at this stage. All the best!

Really needed that kind of confidence-boost !
I'll review my notes and probably retake one of my GmatPreps and see if i keep scoring in that range.
If so there should be really (or rather hopefully
) no problem in getting 6xx .
