Hi everyone!
I have 11 days left until my first attempt at the GMAT on Oct 28th. Unfortunately, most of my preparation over the past weeks consisted of reading The Princeton Review's Cracking the GMAT 2011 Edition. Having finally stumbled upon this forum, I know now that I should have done more practice tests and actually tried myself at questions that are more difficult than those in the Cracking the GMAT book. Mea culpa, but I'm going to take as many prep tests as possible from now on until GMAT Day and thoroughly analyze the questions I answer incorrectly.
Yesterday, I took my very first mock test: I scored 650 on the GMATPrep 1 with a 38 in the quant and 41 in the verbal section. While I'm confident I have the knowledge to answer most questions correctly in the quantitative part of the exam, I have come to realize that I'm still way too slow in that section. Therefore, I will concentrate on the quant questions.
Of course, I would like to get a 700+ score. Do you think this will be possible at all, considering that I have less than two weeks left? Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your replies!
