I'm now going through all the concepts in e-gmat. Many of those concepts seem repetitive to me since I've already gone through a few topics in MGMAT SC. but overall the whole things won't take much time I guess.

Given your diagnostic score, quite a few concepts in Level 1 may seem basic. However, the purpose of level 1 is to teach those concepts. Hence, you may follow the study plan that we provided for Verbal score > 30. I would also recommend that you pay special attention to the application files in level 1 and make sure that you do the recommended OG questions along with the application files.
