At some point you'll have to do the OG questions and since there is no scoring when you do them, I'd recommend just going through the OG. Then when you're done, keep doing them in random order...close the book, randomly flip to a page and answer the question in 1-2 minutes or less. This helps you practice re-gearing your mind.

Save your testing for when you do the practice cat exam.

Hi Everyone,

...Following the book, I feel as though I will automatically know which area is getting tested; therefore have an advantage with the questions.

I feel the same, yet without practicing from the OG after every MGMAT chapter, I will remember nothing.
So I do each of the recommended exercises and write down everything in an excel log file, so later on I can go back to it and see which topic I need to strengthen and which questions I should try again.
