I have Kaplan 2005 with CD book and Kaplan verbal and math workbooks. I have heard stuff abt Kaplan 800 book. With Kaplan's other 3 books that I already have, can anyone tell me if buying Kaplan 800 wud a waste ? I don't want to buy it if it just a repeat of workbooks and
2005 + CD book.
if you're targeing a 700+ score you have to get KAPlan800. the problems there are much harder and go into more depth as paul pointed out. it certainly will NOT be a waste buying thebook. i think it will rather help youget some complex concepts mentally reinforced. go get it - amazon.com or ebay.com i got mine there brand new for $10. money well spent [its only 3 whoopers man do the math ;]]
That Quan in 800 is good. However, their explainations for verbal don't convince me. It seems like they "assume" you already know the grammar rules and you must be native speaker.
