Test 1 Study Plan (1 month math , 1 month verbal, last month guide questions and tests) GMAT 17Q 26V (390)
Kaplan Premiere / Math Foundations
Official Guide 12
Kaplan CAT scores 460-480
GMAT Prep 390 (ironically)
Test 2 Study Plan ( Mostly focused on math with some verbal roughly under 3 months) GMAT 26Q 19V (390)
Princeton Review GMAT MATH Workbook
Grockit Online (helped focus on what my weaknesses were and get my timing down)
Reading Online Strats / using GMAT Club Flashcards
Manhattan / Kaplan CAT 460-480 (focused on wrong answers after)

The first attempt was bad since I planned my wedding during the same time and the second attempt was just kinda deflating since I put in a lot more dedicated time..... I think my main problem is that I'm lost when it comes to a study plan. I think on my third (most likely final take) I am going to enroll in a prep course to help focus my studying and give me a solid plan. I have pretty much narrowed it down to MGMAT / Knewton and will sit in on their "try it before you buy it" programs and see which I like. I am leaning towards the Video on Demand Knewton program... just because I think MGMAT might be a little rigorous for my work schedule. I will be on a 3 month study plan or I think I may just study and take practice tests until I see some improvement before scheduling my exam, although I know most say that is a bad idea.
My target is roughly between 500 and 550 (the university average is 535, people have got in with 470-490 scores).. If I take Knewton I may buy some MGMAT books to supplement the experience (word translation, number prop, inequalities) and pair it with OG12 which I already have (also be more active in the forums regardless).
What do you guys think would be my best option for me to pass this darn thing?

Books: you need to buy MGMAT 8 , CR bible, may be verbal+quant review.
plans: You should mix between quant and verbal but focus on one thing per week. For example: In week 1 you can study verbal in 4-5 days and quant in 3-2 days. Do not separate them completely ( like 1 month verbal then 1 month quant ) so that you will forget what you have learned.
-Take a diagnosis test to see your current position in both verbal and quant.
- SC: MGMAT SC is the choice here. Read the concepts, do the exercises at the end of each chapter and return to review the theory if you get wrong. SC is pattern and practice makes perfect.
-CR: Use CR bible. You will know the types oi CR questions and the way to deal with them.
-RC: read daily. I use newspaper/magazine such as NYtimes, scientific America... as their contexts are similar to those of GMAT.
-Quant: Review theory and return to do OG. OG's quant is easier than that of GMAT, so you should do it first. Study lessons from our forum and MGMAT.
Accuracy is the most important thing. You should focus on the concepts and answers first. There is no point in rushing doing the questions and in the end you understand or gain nothing. With practice, you will be familiar with the pattern, leading to higher speed while maintaining the accuracy.

Do you not think I will benefit from a prep course like Knewton or MGMAT? Pretty much need a 100 point jump from my Actual Gmat Score / GMAT Prep Score.
