Granted I havent looked them over before every question I got wrong in math was a DS. any tips on these types of questions? I have the Kaplan/GRE book and I only skimmed the section. I definitely need to work on these

Write down on your scratch paper:
AD
BCE
First analyze statement (1) and see if there is enough information to solve it. If so, cross out BCE. If not, cross out A and D and move onto statement (2).
Analyze statement (2) separately and see if there is enough information to solve it. If not, analyze both (1) and (2) together to see if there is enough info to answer the question. If so, choose C, otherwise if both are insufficient choose E.
It takes some time getting used to the format and how to approach it. You just need to practice to get the hang of it.

thanks. The test was a little disappointing on the math end but I knew I wasnt ready for it & I needed to have a base score before I start the course Im taking. my timing was definitely off as I hadnt timed myself before. Im happy I took it and got the shock factor of being timed. it definitely made me realize I need to change my study habits as well as work on my 2 biggest weaknesses: SC & DS.
