I would say some questions do repeat. However, you do have a lot of new questions in the 2005 version, especially for math combination/probability questions and BF CR verbal questions. As for RC, they don't repeat and there are many new ones. SC questions will now be underlined which is great compared to the 2004 non-underlined ones.
