GMAC just announced GMATPrep V2.2. The tool, has some noticeable improvements. In GMATPrep v2.2, users will be able to:
1. Review responses to practice exams and practice question sessions
2. Pause a practice exam or question session
3. Gain insight into pacing with new timer tools, available when answering practice questions
4. Specify how many questions of each type and difficulty level they want to answer when they opt to create their own question set
5. Receive their IR percentile ranking
6. Have Reading Comprehension questions grouped by passage wherever possible
7. Be able to generate system information at the click of button should they require customer support
Overall, I am most excited by #1. It will allow people to gain additional insights to analyze their strengths and weakness.
Additional Mock Exams coming…
Multiple sources including NBC news have reported that GMAC will release an add-on package, Exam Pack 1 featuring additional computer adaptive practice GMAT exams with new questions, later this year.
This is a much needed addition. I am sure many test takers will look forward to the same.

It will be better if Exam Pack 1 is released by May as student can use it for this fall.

Guys,
I asked Rebecca-the GMAC representative in our club regarding the probable launch date of 'Exam Pack 1' but she has told that GMAC can't say anything on release date/target date !
I'm afraid it may not be available for this fall R1 applicants although I wish it comes to the market in a month or two...
