Really need lot of inspiration. I have started preparing for GMAT an year ago and some how after going through one book, became lazy and didnot continue to next level of practicing tests. Now I am not even at the beginning line to start the race again. It requires lot of determination.
I need inputs in speeding up my prep from this forum. I can spend one to 2 days every day for preparing and 4 hours on week ends. Aim is finish the exam in 3 months from now on.
Is that a viable target?
Are there any topic wise questions that are used to test my proficiency level.

1-2 hours per day is an adequate amount of time to prepare for a test in 3 months. Start by taking a practice test to see where your starting point is. That will help you know how far you have to go to reach your target score, and what areas you will need to prioritize for your studying.

It sounds like you've been preparing for a year -- so you're familiar with the various question types, etc.
I would recommend going into high gear with super intense studying -- over a shorter amount of time. Increase your 4 hours on weekends closer to 8 hrs.
On weekdays - 1-2 hrs can be OK -- as long as it is high quality time spent. No distractions, etc.
