Hi smehasish,
In terms of performance evaluation, you may want to do the following debrief during your GMAT prep:
1. For all incorrect answers, read the explanations. You can learn a lot from these. Once you've read the explanations, record them in your
error log and review them once or twice a week.
2. When you look at each question answered incorrectly, ask yourself:
Can I recognize the concepts tested?
Is there anything you could have done differently?
Can you recognize a pattern of incorrect answers?
Why did you eliminate the correct answer?
When answering the question, did you go too fast/slow, not have the knowledge skill to answer the question, forget which concept to apply or was careless?
Afterwards, you can hopefully feel more confident that you will recognize what to do the next time a similar question comes up and that you will know which techniques to apply.
