But I want to give you a bit of support here. whats done is done, right. No need to regret it. You had a good reason for cancelling the test. Shake the dust off and look ahead.
I agree with you that maintaining a good routine of studies is important not to lose sharpness but I also think that confidence is another key factor. Both have to be in good balance. Perhaps a few days off will do you good, but do allow a good couple of weeks at least, so you can get back to studying and be real on top of things for your D-day on December. You obviously lacked confidence and as such, maybe it is a good thing that you did not allow yourself to proceed to test as that would get in the way of you performing your best.
