hello,
I am Indian female my GMAT score is 710(retaking it) and my GPA by WES evaluation is 3.85/4.0.I have 1 year work experience in IT start up and 2 years as asst manager in Indian government bank, my work in bank includes supervision of 5 clerks, cash management in branch, credit analyst, loan processing. While coming to selectivity of my job every year government of India selects only 1% of the applied graduates for this job. My question is whether this work experience is good in terms of us b schools?

Why are you retaking the GMAT? What were your Scaled Scores on the Quant and Verbal sections? A 710 is an outstanding score (it's right around the 90th percentile), so there's probably very little to be gained by retesting. Business Schools look for applicants with strong OVERALL applications and a 710 nicely covers the "GMAT piece" of the application.
What Business Schools/Programs are you planning to apply to? And when? The answers to those questions will factor in to how "strong" your application looks.
For specific admissions questions, you should speak with an Admissions Expert (there's a Forum full of them on this site).
