Hi adroitprad,
With 2 months of additional study time, you could very well improve to 700+, but you may have to make some adjustments to your study plans.
You'll likely find that the books you have to be useful, but taking a "book-heavy" study approach might not be enough to help you to hit your goals. Since the GMAT is a Computer-Adaptive Test, you'll benefit by preparing in the same "format" (and practicing the same "mechanics") that you'll face on Test Day and those are factors that NO book can properly address. As such, you'll probably need to invest in some additional computer-based materials. You'll also need to take CATs on a more frequent basis during the next 2 months (1 CAT every week or so).

Hi Rich,
1) What did you work on for the first 3 months of your studies?
Being a working professional i hardly get an hour a day during weekdays and 20 hours during weekends.
I have worked on Quant. Revised all my basics. Completed OG, Manhattan : Probability , Numbers ,Geometry and other stuff.
Verbal-
SC: Manhattan SC I have done it once but since i scored poorly on verbal i have started it all over again.
Critical Reasoning: OG , GMAC Verbal and Manhattan CR. Almost done with all the problems.
RC: I am lagging in this area. I am still to complete OG / GMAC Verbal. I am reading stuff from Scientific American, Economist & Newyork times.
But still i feel i am going no where.
2)What resources did you use/complete?
answered above.
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
I am planning to apply for US /Canada/ Australia for 2016-2017. I might be little late for Australia as deadline for AGSM is 1 Aug'15 .
