For example I got 96% on V and 92% on Q but overall it was 99th (back in the day)
That makes it clear - I though 96 and 92 will be weighted/averaged. But I found table gmat-score-translation-table-121864.html

AWA - 59%, I believe because, since chineseburned presented his AWA template, a lot of people score 5 and higher.
It makes sense as well, thanks.
The puzzle is that my score looks unbalanced, but still high enough (I expected something around 600).
I took a vacation and now going back to study - hope something good will come out of it.

Hi inter,

It sounds like you're trying to get a sense of how 'strong' your GMAT scores are. If that's the case, then here's some perspective:

To start, a 660 is a strong score (it's just above the 80th percentile overall), so it could be enough to get you into your first-choice Business School. The percentiles that you're looking at are measures of how well you performed relative to other Test Takers; the Scaled Scores are how you performed relative to the Test. Most Business School expect applicants to score at least a 4.0 on the AWA portion, so you're fine there. Many Business Schools have publicly stated that they do NOT factor in an applicant's IR score when evaluating an application, so your IR5 is fine.

1) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
2) When are you planning to apply?

I am planing to apply to one of the top schools so 660 is probably not enough. Thanks for IR advise.

Hi inter,

The specifics of your situation will dictate whether the 660 is a high enough score or not (and unless you're an Expert in the realm of Business School Admissions, then you might want to consult a bit more before you take your next 'steps').

1) What specific Schools/Programs are you planning to apply to?
2) When are you planning to apply?

You would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:
