Hello everyone,
This may be a long shot, but I am wondering if there are any of you out there in the LA area that would be interested in meeting up (e.g. local starbucks) to form a study group?
I have taken an online course and studied by myself to prepare for my first test, and failed terribly with a 460. I find I do best in study groups when we can help each other out and hold each other accountable for study sessions.
My weakness is math, so that is what I would be hoping to spend the most time on. I have tried studying with my friends currently in college/business school hoping we could help each other out, but it really is not the same as studying with someone else who is also studying for the GMAT.
ALSO, I am just started using gmatclub and am terrible at navigating, so if there is something already like this, please direct me to the link.

It sounds like you're early-on in your studies; is that the case? If so, then it would help if you could describe your studies so far and your timeline/goals:
1) What materials have you studied with so far?
2) Was this first 'test' the real GMAT or a practice CAT? How did you score (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
3) What is your goal score?
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School?

Somewhat new, I have taken an online class near the end of last year, and the actual GMAT test in January. I am starting fresh this year and with a lot more dedication. I have taken your advice and re-posted in your suggested forum. Thank you for the help!
