Hey thank you for the replies,

Yes that's probably true, I sometime do those mistake in the more trivial questions, although I feel really familiar with the theoretical concepts. Especially Data Sufficiency puts me in trouble. For my preparation I used the MGMAT guides, the official GMAT book and the questions in this forum.

Is there a certain set of tactics that you recommend? I'd probably start my studies with reading lots of debriefs and guides anyway, but there are so many approaches out there that seem feasible.

Best,
JAYEM

Hi JAYEM,

Yes, there are a variety of Tactics that would likely help you to pick up the missing Quant points that you're looking for. You would have to put in the necessary time and effort to learn them (and properly practice them) though. Given your current score, you could very well learn everything that you need in a month (or less).

From what you've described, you used a 'book heavy' study plan; many Test Takers who study in that way end up getting 'stuck' at a particular score level and it's possible that this has happened to you. To learn the proper Tactics, you'll likely need to invest in some new, non-book resources.
