Hi,
I gave Gmat Prep mock 15 days back with out any preparation and my score was 480 (Q42,V16)
I started my preparations with quant OG 15 which I finished week back and I was able to solve all the questions which were wrong in my mock although I took more time to solve them but the basic idea was to see if I have improved or not.
I have started my CR preparations from Manhattan & panning to do all my verbal from Manhattan & OG 15.
on a average I am studying 3hr every day which goes upto 5 on sundays,
Pls advice I am planning to give exam in Aug/Sep. with a target score of 700+
My target college is ISB , first phase registrations end on 20th Oct.

A Test Date in August or September means that you could have anywhere from 2 to 4 months of additional study time - and that type of a 'swing' could considerably impact your overall score, so it would help if you could be a bit more specific with your plans. With your goal score, you'll have to raise your current score 220+ points, and that would be difficult to accomplish in just 2 months. As such, the more study time that you put towards this process, the better. Many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so you should consider that when scheduling your Official GMAT. Even with 3 months+ of additional time, you would likely find it beneficial to invest in a GMAT Course of some type (either Guided Self-Study or instructor-led).

Hi Rich,
To be very precise 16th of aug I am planning so that if required I can again give my exam in sep and still be able to apply for ISB.
As far as colleges are concerned right now its only ISB as most of the Indian colleges will be over with there process for 2017 session.
