Hi dn20,

If you're dealing with a standard cold/flu, then you might just need some extra bed rest and plenty of fluids. If you think that it might be something else though (something that might require anti-biotics or some other medication), then you should visit a Doctor. Prescription medication can often work rather quickly, and we wouldn't want you to go into Test Day 'hindered' by anything if you could take some relatively simple steps to get healthier.
