Hi
I am from Kolkata, India. I do not have an above average profile to apply for good schools. I am working as a System Engineer in an IT firm for past 3.5 years and i was the head of my college tech fest once. Nothing apart from them as far as i can recall
Can anybody please tell me if they are aware of any consulting or any other kind of organizations which helps in building up profiles and guide through the same procedure.
My score is 690.

Hi Radhika,
You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

If you're assessment of your own overall profile is accurate, then you're going to have find ways to impress the Admissions Committees at the various Schools you apply to. A set of well-written essays and a strong interview might be exactly what you would need to overcome an 'average' profile. Of course, you still have to correctly 'market yourself' to each School individually so that the Schools want to know more about you - and an Admissions Expert would likely be best suited to help you figure out how to do that.
