Hello Folks,
I need some serious advice. I studied regularly for GMAT from December 2015 till March 2016. After that I gave GMAT Prep 1 and scored 540 (Q48,V19). Everything was running fine and I was about to start my verbal section.
Back then I was running my own start-up but then I had some problems at work and I shut down my company. I had joined some other company, since then I am under huge work and financial pressure. I didn't study anything for GMAT for the past 3.5 months and now no idea how should I go about it? I am 26 right now with 3 years of full-time experience. Please suggest how should I resume my preparation. I am not feeling as motivated as I was during those 3 months.

That's pretty rough, and you have my sympathies. Congrats on trying a startup though, that's not easy.

Hi Funambulist,
Since you're coming back to your studies after some significant 'time off', we need to get a sense of how well you've retained your prior (mostly Quant) skills. As such, you should start by taking a new FULL-LENGTH CAT (including the Essay and IR sections). Once you have that score, you should report back here.
1) Is your score goal still 730+?
2) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
