I am not an English native speaker and I am pretty weak at RC. If I want to improve my RC significantly,
1. should I buy Powerscore GMAT RC 2016 (~USD $25) or LSAT RC 2016 (~USD $45)?
2. What is the difference in terms of content of the described two books?

Hi sfp20,
Your post presumes that your RC skills can only be improved by one of the two books that you've listed (one of which is an RC book for a DIFFERENT Test), which is rather limited thinking. Before you make any purchases, it might help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What materials have you used?
3) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
4) What is your goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?

SFP, I too am preparing for GMAT and have Powerscore GMAT RC and Manhattan Gmat RC. I would suggest you go through only of them just to get an idea as to what GMAT tests in RCs. None of the books can be of any help in RC section as they do for SC or CR. RC is all about finding our own technique depending on the passage flow and structure to quickly attack the question.

The most reliable method is to read each paragraph carefully and internalize the main point of the passage. With that any type of question can be easily answered by referring back to the passage. This is what I have learned during the course of my 4 month study.
