Hii, How do i tag any particular expert to respond to a post.. Like in fb... I have seen many people do it but can not figure it out myslelf or see such a Question in the FOrum??

It is the same way we use in FB.
1. Just add @ symbol and mention the username
or
2. There is a button "Mention this user" when you post anything.(Clicking on that button simply inserts a '@' symbol.
