Hey all, i was told by one of my friends that this forum can provide very good advise for GMAT takers. I am thinking of taking GMAT to apply for an MBA but I am totally clueless about it.

Can anyone suggest how i should start?

1) Get a copy of the Official Guide - assuming you don't have existing editions, just get the latest one.

2) Go to mba.com and download the GMATprep software and test yourself

Now that you have a sense of what to expect, start studying from the above resources and supplemental sources. We provide some at the Practice Pill Platform - which is an extension of our course. Questions are free - but a paid membership is required for video solutions.

During your studies - divide and conquer. Focus specifically in a particular subsection for multiple consecutive days before moving onto the next one. That's the best way to maximize your improvement.

Once you feel comfortable start mixing the different question types - because that's how they'll actually appear during the exam.

Good luck!
