I took my GMAT on Oct 3. As of today, I have not received the official score report. That's more than 2 months. Either they have not post out of report or the mail is lost. Or the pigeon is lost.
I have emailed ETS a couple of times since Nov. Twice, they asked me to provide my particulars, which I did. Each time, they said they will reply after 3 business days, and I waited. After 10 business days, there is not even a shadow of them replying.
I call them last night (I'm in Singapore). Was put on hold more 15 minutes before I hung up.
I'm completely pissed with their service. Although there is no urgency for me to get the scores (as I'm applying for 2007 admit), I want to quickly clear this up before the new vendor comes in. My fear is that if this is not settled by Jan 1 2006, ETS may ask me to check with the new vendor. But the new guy may act blurr and give all sorts of excuses.
I'm just airing my frustrations. But if there are advice and suggestions, I'm open to hear them.
