Hi everyone,
I have a primary account on mba.com through which I have scheduled my GMAT. However, I have rescheduled the GMAT about 3 times in the past 1 month because my mock scores were not up to mark. Now, I want to reschedule it again since the one I have scheduled is in another city. I had to do this since there were no dates available in my home city and I couldn't delay rescheduling the exam because of the 7 days+ window period coming to an end. Thus every day, I am checking the site to see if there are any new dates getting available in my home city. However, suddenly since yesterday, the mba.com site was showing 'Site under maintenance' message' but it was opening when I accessed it through my mobile. So, I kind of freaked out thinking that I hope they haven't restricted my IP because of visiting the reschedule page every day (Later I realized that it was a technical issue from their side). So, I just thought that I will make a 2nd account from my secondary email ID, just to check the available dates (if any) in my home city. This is my only intention, I don't plan to register for the exam through this 2nd account. However, at the end of the account creation, I got the message that the account will be verified and they will get back to me within 48 hours.
So, I just want to check from you guys the following 2 things:
Firstly, I hope this isn't an issue and I can breathe easily even if GMAC found out that the new account is made by an existing user (because I have kept some details like phone number and DOB the same).
Secondly, I also want to understand if there are any limits to the number of times a test can be rescheduled?
