Hey! My exam is on Monday, December 11th and I tried to reschedule it but there was some kind of error with the system and it asked me to contact customer service. However, it's going to be the weekend and customer service won't be available until Monday Dec 4th. If I reschedule my exam on Monday Dec 4th, does that still count as 7 days before the exam or will I get charger the full $250? Are they counting the exam day when they say that the exam has to be rescheduled 7 days prior to the exam day? In other words, whats the last day I can reschedule if my exam is on Dec 11th?

To answer your question in simple words, exam day is also counted. So, I believe you would be good to go.
To be on a safer side, I would prefer sending an email to them right away so that they have a ticket number opened for your case(its an automatic process) at the earliest and you can refer to that while talking.

Thanks for the help! I am still kind of afraid that they will count Monday, Dec 4th as 7 days within the test day and charge me the full $250. Do you think that if they have a file on my case, they will recognise that I did try to reschedule my exam ahead of time and not charge me the full amount?
