Downloading GMATPrep Problem 02 Jul 2018, 13:42

During the initial installation of the prep software, I keep getting this window that says: "GMATPrep application is still running. Please, close it and click OK to continue." There is no other window for the GMATPrep software to close. I have tried removing the application and redownloading it. Also, I decided to close the browser window where the program originated, and it did not affect. When I close the task entirely it just closes the window I am describing, and the process starts again next time I open the application. I imagine there's a simple solution. Please help! I apparently cannot post an image of the window since I am a new member. I am eager to begin my studies so if someone could give me a suggestion I would appreciate it. Windows system

GMATPrep software is discontinued, no? Use the mba.com website to access it. It's all online now.

New GMAT prep software does not require downloading anymore, so uninstall the same. Go to mba.com website and login with the same ID which you have used previously. Then login and go to "Buy Material" on the homepage or dash board. You will see free of cost exam pack 1 and 2, and rest are paid.
