Hi All,
I have been doing some research and found that a lot of people mention keeping an error log during studying is one of the most important things. I am a little confused though - am I supposed to record every single problem I do (right or wrong)? Wouldn't this get incredibly excessive especially when I am doing 30 - 50 problems in one sitting? Also, I get that keeping the log is important, but how do you actually put it into use?
Any tips are welcome!

Hi tmunshi,
Usually error logs are used to easily see what topics you are struggling with and fix weaknesses in those topics. So, you want to make a point of frequently updating your error log. For instance, let’s say you review your Number Properties questions, and after reviewing/redoing what you’ve answered incorrectly, you feel that you have a better grasp of Number Properties. At that point, you’d remove the incorrect questions from your error log, right?
That being said, you bring up a very important point. Creating and maintaining an “old-fashioned” error log can be incredibly time-consuming. To save yourself from wasting unnecessary time and energy, consider using a self-study course that tracks your stats and provides a personalized error log with detailed analytics.
