First off, when you say I was consistently scoring in the mid to high 600's, I hope
you are talking about the scores in the GMATPrep tests. The scores you get in these
tests are the closest to what you are going to get on the real exam. So, if you were
to ask me, the first step would be to take a GMATPrep test(if you haven't taken one)
There are a lot of online courses available on the market and each of them cater to a
specific audience. In order to understand which course is perfect for you, you might
want to have a look at the review section here at GMATClub and do a free trial. This
will help you understand which course will suit your requirements. If you were to ask
me, as a non-native, the SC on eGMAT is extremely good. For CR, you can read the
PowerScore CR Bible and practice is key where it comes to RC.
