Hi All,
I just took my first Princeton CAT. I'm a little concerned about the scoring formula. I have a 38 in Verbal and 41 in quant, though I have only 6 questions wrong in each section. This brings me to a score of 640. I have considered the zones, I have 2 questions wrong within the first 15 questions in quant and 3 question in verbal.
Surprisingly, I had a greater number of questions wrong in the PP and got a 740. Had 9 wrong in verbal and 7 in quant. Any insights?

Remember that
1. It's a CAT, which does mean the earlier questions are likely to count more.
2. My first practice test was a 550, and I took a 730 in the real thing. In between was a lot of study and exercises.
You can do it!

GMATPrep appears to be the closest to the real thing in terms of scoring.
