Hello, I recently took the Gmat for the first time and got a score of 32 in the quant section of the test and would like to ask about the options available to buy a study plan that focuses mainly on the quant part of the exam. I was looking at the Exampal + gmatclub bundle but Im not sure about the material that is provided. Anyways, it would be nice to hear about what plans are out there since I'm currently working full time and have very limited time to prepare the quant part on my own. Thanks
Hey
Geviredd83,
Glad you're considering our course and happy to help you out!
To directly answer your question about the material we cover -- we cover all of the material you need to know on the exam, and we also put quite a bit of effort into going over all of the strategies you'll need to master. The learning process is via interactive video lessons, 24/7 support on chat, and adaptive practice sessions which suggest problems based on your previous practice.
Additionally, I'd like to note that a Q32 suggests that you will need to invest time into both (a) learning basic material in concepts you're not familiar with and (b) learning the various strategies with which to approach questions dealing with these topics. Especially as you are short on study time, you should look for a program which maximizes your efficiency and not just one that goes through all of the material. On chat (we chatted briefly via our platform earlier today, right?) you mentioned that you have already spent many hours solving questions, without getting the results you're looking for. Which strengthens the suggestion - don't just solve (random) questions, look to solve questions productively. This is partly the responsibility of the platform (which needs to give you good questions; we do it with AI) and partly your responsibility as you must take the time to really learn from questions you solve. When you get a question wrong, pause to debug it. What did you get wrong? How can you avoid making the same mistake again? If you feel you don't have the time or mental energy for this sort of self-reflection and debugging, get help from a tutor (either through us or through someone else).
Without knowing your exam deadlines, it is hard to suggest a specific plan of action for you to carry out, but please don't hesitate to be in touch if you need more details.
Best of luck!
David
