I am not too comfortable with my Verbal Prep. For GMAT. What you guys suggest? Should I take KAPLAN Course (Classroom Course US$1300) or any other way I can do better on Verbal part.

I took Kaplan course 4 years ago. I don't think they are good. Kaplan just greedy about money. The marketing people give me the wrong direction when I want to take course for International student. And I have to pay for the whole amount even I just took 2 session for the regular one. My GMAT score was still low. Kaplan just consider about money & money. That what I heard also from some friends, also for the medical exam preparation.
This year I took Manhattan GMAT. Manhattan GMAT is better than Kaplan, but they don't quite help for verbal section. But they have better quality & give more trick than Kaplan does.
