650 is a very solid GMAT score and will “check the box” for many business schools in the US. That said, I agree that you should first focus on achieving your GMAT goal score, and then you can take the next step in determining which schools to apply to.

A school I'm applying to says that they would consider me for a tuition & fee waiver for the 2 year full-time MBA program if I could get a score of 630 on GMAT. Their average score for last year's intake was 615, and they're in top 100 schools :d

Depends where you want to apply. Consider checking out the types of schools you're interested in to get a sense of the score you may want to apply with.
