doubt

Question

i am planning to give my gmat in first week of july and have completed the OG once.

now what would you recommend 
going for 1000 SC, LSAT questions or going for gmat plus questions.

i have one more doubt that are the 1000 CR questions same as LSAT or are they different.

please reply urgently..as time is pivotal for me..waiting for your advice

Tell people how you are scoring and what you are having trouble with? Are you stronger in math? Verbal? Have you practiced combinatorics? HAve you done practice exams? How many? Hows your timing? Etc. If you take the time to properly explain what you think, feel, have worked on, have not worked on, and you'll get some decent repsonses. Otherwise, all the advice you will get is just guesswork.

We need more info.

well i started my preps with the old power prep cats 
cat 1: 650 (q-49 , v 27) 
after this went through manhattan g Sent correction book, revised some of the maths concept and gave another cat
cat 2: 660 (q-48 , v 34)

next step involved completion of OG 11 , verbal review and quant review.(haven't practised R.C from these ...would prefer to do them on a computer so gonna start them from the soft copy of OG 10 available on the net)

Maths i am kind of careless more so, in "DS" , though timing is not a problem in maths.I am weak in probability, permutation and combinations.

Verbal: This where i am facing lot of troubles
SC: accuracy of 60-70% taking about 1.5 mins per question
CR: accuracy of 70-75 % taking about 2 mins/question
RC: (not practised much) take about 2 mins/ question

BOOKS used till now 

1) Cracking the gmat ,princeton review : Used this to study the concepts of RC,SC,CR and practised SC,CR from its verbal bins.

2) Kaplan 2006,premier edition : Used this to study the concepts of RC,SC,CR and practised SC,CR


QUES 1: so what would u suggest me considering i have 15 days:
1) study kaplan 800 + lsat questions for cr and 1000 sc ?

or

2) study kaplan 800 + gmat plus questions 

QUES 2: should i give my GMATprep cats before i do 1000 sc, is there any overlap between the two that would spoil the importance of the tests ?

QUES 3: any suggestions that might help me to improve my timing and accuracy in verbal.

was so slow in verbal that had to guess vaguely in the end...as a result had last 6 questions wrong .

10 days to go what do u suggest ?

PS: already done wid about 600 sc outta 1000, started with kaplan 800.

beyond - I can't give you expert advice to Rhyme,honghu etc. superstars because I'm also still studying. What I did find is that giving tests frequently won't help. 

Typically, improvements tend to be sharp in the beginning because you're revising many concepts that you've forgotten, and those will earn many points. Once you get past that, you will have to fight for every 10 points on the scale. I think a better strategy is, once you know that you're ballpark is now hovering around 650 and you know your weakness areas, start intense study of those areas. That is, several days studying the concepts, doing the exercise problems (not full length tests), studying from websites ,answering everything on this website and reading people's explanations, and also repeating specific questions from your already given tests. The idea is "understand the concepts really well" Keep a log to see how you're improving (or not) section by section. And then when you think you've spent a reasonable amount of time on those areas, do a full length test to gauge the level. The rinse, repeat...

For verbal, MGMAT SC is excellent. You might want to buy that.

OOPS - 10 days you said? well, if you're bad at SC - get MGMAT SC now and read through it, it's really good. Might help you with some points. Your Math seems good though.

i have done manhattan SC once.. and i hit around 70-80 % in S.C
i guess i have problems in time management
