How many questions can one expect to be completely fresh from OG 2020 to OG 2021. I'm assuming all the RC questions will be, but what about the other sections and all.
Are we talking 70 percent across the board generally speaking?

Why do you assume all RC would be new?
Usually 15% of questions were new. The cover would usually say the number of new questions included. This edition does not have that written on it. However there are 150 additional questions included with this addition The cover would usually say the number of new questions included. This addition does not have that written on it. However there are 150 additional questions included with this addition (available online only). So there should at least be 150 new questions or 15%. Keep in mind however that’s not all new questions are really new. Some of them are recycled from much older official guide editions.

With each new version of the main Official Guide, approximately 100 to 150 questions are 'replaced' (meaning some content is removed and new content is added - and as BB has already pointed out, in some cases that "new" content is from much older sources that most GMATers have not seen before). Since that new material covers all 5 major question types (PS, DS, RC, SC and CR) only a small block of those new questions is in RC. As an example: last year, only 2 new RC passages were included - so you shouldn't expect to see lots of new RC with the 2021 OG.
