Hi,
I got 700 in my previous attempt and need to improve it by atleast 20 points.
My previous attempt was in the normal version of GMAT and I know that the GMAT now has an online version. I'm not sure if I'm prepared to take this.
Do you think that I can switch to online version and give the exam with the same ease in 15 days? Or would it take more time?
Also, is an increase of 20 points possible when I switch the GMAT formats?

Hi kvakhil,
First off, a 700/Q49 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is probably not necessary. There's no harm in continuing to study - but the At-home GMAT has proven to be a bit more challenging for many Test-takers than originally anticipated, so it might take you more than 15 days to adapt to the parameters of how that Exam is administered.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) When did you take the Official GMAT?
2) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used so far?
4) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
In addition, if you are certain that you want to retest, then you might also choose to purchase the Enhanced Score Report. While the ESR doesn’t provide a lot of information, there are usually a few data points that we can use to define what you should work on to score higher. If you purchase the ESR, then I'll be happy to analyze it for you.
