Hey all, I had a GMAT exam scheduled for APril 20th but it was "cancelled" due to covid. I got an e-mail from Pearson about how they were moving the exam to December 31st, 2020 as a place holder for rescheduling or cancelling. I decided I'm going to take the online version and so I go on today to try to cancel the normal one and get a refund but it is still set to Apr 20th, 2020 and it will not let me cancel or reschedule. I tried their phone lines but they are all disconnected and I've tried e-mailing but they have not responded to any. Has anyone run into this issue? I'm thinking at this point of just doing a charge-back through the credit card I used since they seem incapable of communicating with customers at this point for some reason.
