I'm relatively solid on the verbal and it seems like that number 42, is only increasing. I am not worried about verbal at all. My best score was 42 on the actual GMAT. I think I need to work on permutations/combinations and timing. The 42 I scored I didn't get to finish the last 7 questions and just filled in random anwsers so timing is definately an issue. But anyhow... What would we suggest for someone who wants to bring their quant up to even say 80 percentile.

if you want your math to get to 80%, get mgmat series on quant.. really worth it.. covers the basics and some advanced concepts..

Taking Veritas Prep right now... just had data sufficency class last night. There strategies are pretty helpful for ds... the have a whole class related to perm/comb... what I haven't yet seen is such things as rate problems or specific areas other than arthemitic, algebra, and geo. I would say that their verbal is great. Currently scoring 92-96% verbal. Might get the manhatten to supplement in certain areas like rates.
