Hi,
Maybe someone had a similar problem or know the answer. I have extended time for my gmat exam, so I can not normally register for the exam. I have to send an e-mail to the address that I was provided with, and then someone from the center calls me back. The problem is that the last time I booked my exam, they answered me after 3 bussiness days, and now I sent the message on October 28th and still haven't received an answer (only automatic reply that due to covid wait times are much longer). I tried to contact the gmat center in Europe, but the answering machine said they were temporarily closed and to call during opening hours (center closes at 5pm and I called at 3pm). I wanted to arrange the exam for the end of November and I'm a bit nervous that they still haven't answered me yet.
What should I do?

I think you should login to your mba.com portal and check the date of your exam. And if they've not rescheduled it, then you can always reschedule it yourself.

Hi Marysia,
Since you have to book your Exam directly with a specific Test Center, you really have no choice but to continue to try to directly contact that Center. While it might be a bit inconvenient, you should plan to call that Center each day (and leave a message if you cannot get through) - and you might consider calling the Center earlier in the day (sometime after the first set of Test-takers has been seated (most facilities have a block of Tests that begin between 8am and 9am, so calling around 9:15am or 9:30am - when everyone will likely be seated in the Computer Lab and the Front Desk Staff should be available - would make sense).
