How bad is an 80% accuracy in the Sentence Correction section of OG 21? I am really very disappointed since my first GMAT attempt is on Jan 2 , just 15 days away.

Hi Arnab,

You can't really predict your current level with the help of your performance in OG because GMAT is an adaptive test and the difficulty level of the questions keeps changing, which is not the case when you solve questions using OG. A better way would be to take a few online timed quizzes which consist of questions of all difficulty levels. Or if you want me to suggest you an alternative, we can get in touch over a zoom conference call so that I can analyze your way of solving SC questions, identify the flaw in your approach if there's any and suggest the further plan. You can use the below link to get in touch with me.

Hi arnab2312,

Have you taken any recent practice exams? If so, how have you scored?

I am not replying individually but I want to kill myself for performing this bad on my first mock. I gave the first official test and scored a Q50 and V32 ... And I have my GMAT on Jan 2. I got absolutely stuck in verbal. I need to chart a guide to prepare my verbal atleast to a level to get a V40.

I am aiming for IIM A and HEC

Thanks a ton everyone for replying to my post. I am trying to gather myself and have some strategy for further practice during these 15 days. I do not want to invest in a new course right away but rather try to improve myself with the resources that I have. I am using OG’s and Magoosh Premium plan for studying... Once again thanks a lot to everyone.
