Hello everyone as we know the exam at tes center result processed immediately but on the gmat online exam it took several days does anyone can explain the reasons? do the score calculated later on? Or they need to check video record and etc

GMAC has never provided the official reason for this delay. The likely reason is review of the video footage to ensure that the exam was taken properly. The whole session is recorded and analyzed with AI to ensure your eyes are on the screen or whiteboard and you are not getting help from elsewhere or recording the test. It is also believed that the wait time for the score release sometimes depends on the levels of review required (e.g. someone getting flagged multiple times by AI may have to have multiple reviews and takes weeks whereas other people seem to get their scores in a few days).
Why do you ask? This should not really change ANYTHING for a regular test-taker. Score release timeframes should have no impact on your test-taking strategies with the only exception of bschool deadlines (make sure you allocate at least 7 business days before your deadline and ideally 2 weeks so you are not precluded from submitting an application). People have waited a long time in some cases and I can see how a flood of tests in late Dec may delay some of the processing.
