Hi Avinashkr29,
I'm sorry to hear about the technical issue that you faced. To your credit, you DID reach out to the Moderator (so there should be a log of those discussions - and the corresponding time-stamps that would confirm your claims). Any time a case is filed regarding a tech issue during the Exam (whether at a Test Center or during an At-home Test), a certain amount of time is required to investigate the situation. Unfortunately, that can sometimes take as long as several weeks or even a month) to be resolved.
It's important to remember that it is irrelevant that you 'completed' the Exam; the tech issue created a significantly unfair testing situation, so you might find it necessary to continue to 'pester' Customer Support about this. A reasonable outcome would be for you to be given a free retest (assuming that you have not already taken the At-home GMAT 2 times - counting this attempt), but again - it sounds as though you might have to stay active in this process to receive this type of outcome.
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
