I purchased my AWA practice (2 packages) in April, but did not use them cause I wanted to practice essay writing near the actual exam. Now, when I decided to use it, it appears that it became Useless, I am NOT kidding, the site www.measuredsuccessonline.com needs adobe flash player, which is officially down in 2021, so my licenses are worth 0$, I get zero communication from them,
Then I discovered that mba.com now has different product- GMAT™ Official AWA Practice- which actually gives you 8 tries, I bought it for another 30$, but listen - they gave me code but there is no instruction where to activate it or how to use the AWA practice.
Can anyone Help?

Sorry about the issue with the AWA tool and the GMAC's AWA write tool. It is classic GMAC - you can't link to the gmat prep tests (they don't allow you to login if you do) and all this crap.
Here is what the description says - it seems you would use Exams 1 and 2 BUT... I don't see how to activate it

P.S. Your best bet is to read the emial confirmatil carefully. It will usually have a sedction that says "HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PRODUCT"
Use the FREE GMAT™ Official Practice Exam 1 to practice writing under time pressure and combine with the 8 practice essays for tips and to track progress. Take Practice Exam 2 with greater confidence. All for under $30!

Thanks bb, I dont know any single founder of business who is so dedicated that replies to some random dudes like me, I truly appreciate your help and attention, hopefully I will finish my gmat journey well and will somehow find the way to pay it back and contribute to this forum.
Regarding the issue, yes it came with instructions which is worthless, on activate code list all other purchased products are visible but awa is absent.
Also I will 100% demand my refund for previous purchase of 4 essays, the old platform seems obsolete due to adobe reader and I paid twice for the same product
