Hi,
Can I please get some clarity on whether the notepad/scratchpad provided on test day is 'dry-erase' erasable, or that the proctors would have to provide you a new one when you're finished with one?

In fact, this was my fear too because I consume a lot of paper for rough work. I have "heard" that it's erasable but I'm not sure of it. One thing I'm pretty sure is, you can ask for more scratch pad. I have checked this info on multiple sources. We are provided a lot of 5 scratch pads and are allowed for more. You just need to raise your hand.
Besides you can check ecommerce platforms for "GMAT Test Simulation - Laminated Scratch Pad". I have ordered one and shall share the experience.
Another important point I have noted is, you can not take back your scratchpad. You have to submit it at the center.

While some Test Centers will vary, many (if not most) will provide you with a wet-erase booklet of 5 laminated sheets (meaning that you can write on both sides of the sheets). At any point during the Exam (including during your 'breaks'), you can exchange your booklet for a fresh one. Planning to exchange your pad during each break is often the best choice, since if you attempt to do so while you are working through one of the Test sections, you might have to wait for the Computer Lab Moderator to see you and bring you a fresh pad.
