Hello everyone,
I scored 700 on the GMAT (Q47 / V38 / IR5 / AWA 6). I was a bit disappointing with the quant score, because I think I can reach Q49.
I come from a Western European university, ranked 100-120, from a business bachelor’s.
I’m targeting top master’s in management programs (LBS, HEC, ESSEC), do you think a retake is required?

First off, a 700/Q47 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is probably not necessary. Since you are interested in some highly-competitive Schools, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
