Hi guys,
I have been studying for GMAT over the past 2 months not very intensively. I am a college student in my final year and with all the projects, assignments and exams, it has been difficult for me to find time to study. My GMAT is coming up in 4 weeks and I feel I am not prepared. My CAT scores have been fluctuating in the range of 500-600. My weakness has always been on verbal since English is my second language. I am shooting for 620+. School is going to slow down a little bit for the next few weeks. Any tips for putting together some intensive practice schedule or just general studying tips for people like me who don't have much time to prepare would be appreciated.

I hate to point out the obvious, but if you are still in college, and if you are scoring 500-600 in practice tests, what is the point of taking the GMAT right now? You're not going to qualify for any elite programs straight out of college with scores in that range. Why not wait a few years, build up work experience and give yourself time to prepare for the GMAT?

Good point. A friend of mine went for an MBA (in a mid-level school) right after the college. He did get the degree, but now he has great problems with employment - his theoretical background (and therefore salary expectation) is quite high, but he lacks real-life experience that is critical for most employers...
