Not only it took me an hour just to begin the test due to the proctor’s lack of competency, the test froze after the last question on the Quant Section. I was left waiting for 2 hours while the proctor and the technical team tried to resolve the issue. They, of course, ended up not being able to fix the issue and told me to call Examinity support team tomorrow to reschedule the test.
In addition to this frustrating problem, I had to guess and rush through several questions because after each question, I had to click the “next” button many, many times just move on to the next problem. As a result, the program wasted about 5-10 seconds per question, amounting to several minutes overall.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the online test? I wonder if they will allow me to take the Quant section again when I reschedule the test. I would like to retake that section for the reasons mentioned above. If they make me continue with the rest of the test and not allow me to retake the Quant section, will there be a way to make an official petition? They recorded the entire incident today, so they should be able to see that the program malfunctions led to wasted time on the test.
