I have my GMAT in a few days and I don't feel like solving questions anymore or am just getting distracted really easily. It's not that I've been scoring extremely well in my practice tests but I also had the realization that it's okay, I'm not the next Einstein and I have put in all my effort. Any advice on how to stay motivated the next few days would be really helpful. Thank you!
Think about the good staff waiting for you. Visualize that in few days you will receive the GMAT score. Which will allow you to get admitted in the desired program. How amazing that would be! Think about the goals and dreams that you will be able to achieve because of your next study program.
This thought should motivate you to work extra hard on the GMAT.

Hi Fakesherlock,

Since you are so close to your Test Date, you should NOT be studying too strenuously. As far as how you might currently be performing right now, it's likely that there are certain aspects of the GMAT that you handle consistently well - so you might think about why that happens in those areas and what you might do to incorporate that mindset into how you handle other parts of the Test.

There are some additional factors in your favor. Each Test-taker is currently allowed to take the Official GMAT up to 8 TIMES - meaning that if you have a 'bad day' when you take the Official GMAT, then while that would not be something to be happy about, it would NOT be the 'end of the world' either. You can always take the Test again. In addition, the GMAT is a remarkably consistent and predictable Exam - so if you're not happy with your Official Score, then we can analyze your past studies and score results and come up with a new plan.

In these last few days, you should limit your studies to general practice and light review (NO CATs and NO 'cramming') - you would be better served by getting some extra rest so that you can go into Test Day calm, clear-headed and ready to work. Once you have your Score, you should post back here (or you can feel free to PM me directly) and we can discuss the results.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

Consider going over your error log. Think of a few things you can do outside of Question prep to help your exam performance. What will you wear? What will you drink/eat during the break? Do you have your ID etc prepared?

May sound strange but doing these things may help in terms of motivation.

All the best.
Thank you for your help!

I have being doing just that! But even though it does make me happy that soon I'll be able to apply, it also scares me to think about what's next. GUess that life though, thank you for your advice!
